Changes are done  in the order “ On payments of membership fees, entrance and other fees”  by the decision  01/04/2016 N. 09/16 L , as a  result of which the privileges on the basis of pregnancy and  childbirth  of the  female advocates  are expanded.

According to  the B subpoint of the 13^th order  the advocate  could get rid of the membership fees before 3 months of childbirth and 1 year after childbirth on the basis of pregnancy and childbirth representing the medical documents and  child’s birth certificate.

As a result of the amendments made   in the decision 01/04/02016  the Board of the Chamber planned a privilege of exemption from membership fees form 1 till 3 year of the child.
