On 6 and 7 of April “The peculiarities of the crimes initiated against economic activity” and  “The legal regulation of economic competition”  are organized in the Chamber of Advocates of RA.

The training “The legal regulation of economic competition”  in RA  delivered the director of the School of Advocates, Advocate , PhD in Law Simon Babayan.

The aim of the training is to develop the skills of the advocates in the sphere of the protection of economic competition.  The attention of the participants   is invited to the  unfair competition issues of legal entities.

The importance of the awareness of advocate on the resources  applicable in this field are also discussed.

The scope of the criminal prosecution  intended by the 205^th  article of  RA Criminal Code  is discussed.

The participants  exchanged views around the theoretical and  practical  approach regarding  the crimes  initiated against economic activity.
