By the name of the Chamber of Advocates of the RA  I  dearly congratulate you on the victory against Fascict  Germany , Liberation of  town Shushi  and on the occasion of the establishment of the Army of Artsakh.  It is not a secret that the Great Patriotic War had  hundreds of thousands  of  victims   and loss of  Armenians. But it kept the safety of our nation for coming   decades. And we should always remember and revere  the ones who gave  us that safety. Our brothers and fathers saved us with their blood .An at last  Shushi liberation of Azerbaijan is  invaluable .
