Taking into account the fact that practically  vacancies  of public defender  can occur not only in the end of the year but also during  the year , also the fact that if needed, during making contracts with   rates of hourly pay advocates , as a rule  preference will be given to the advocates  included  in the list of  candidates of public defender.

Taking into consideration the fact that  in 2016 the  forecasted  vacancies are  6 in Yerevan, f rom which 5  on criminal  direction  and  1 in civil  direction, and in regions  the number Is 11( 3  full posts and 8 half post)
